Health & Exercise

I am on day 2 of my Ab and Squats challenge. I've cut out all sweet drinks. I'm still eating but keeping track of my calorie intake. I feel a bit sore sense I'm completely out of shape but I will not stop. My goal is to loose 50 lbs by April 2014. Being able to have my husband help me with encouraging compliments has pushed me more and more to my goal in shedding off weight. I just want to be fit and healthy for my family and myself;) I will be updating often about my weight loss challenge wish me luck.
